Grab Hire by Gittins Grab Services is the removal of inert waste using our 6-wheeler, self-loading grab lorries. Using a Palfinger Clamshell Grab Bucket, we can efficiently load and transport large quantities of heavy materials, including:

Grab Hire is ideal for commercial, agricultural or domestic customers, for example, builders, landscapers or homeowners. Common uses for Grab Hire include:

Muck Away: Large-scale site clearances of soil and groundworks.
Material Delivery: Delivering loose loads of Topsoil, Recycled 6F5 (125mm-dust), MOT Type 1 Stone (40mm – Dust), Quarried MOT (125mm-Dust), Recycled Washed Gravel (10-20mm), 1A Fill Material or Fil/Cable Sand.
How Grab Hire Works

email at info@gittinsgrabservices.co.uk. We will ask you for the job location, specifically by postcode, to ensure you are within our service area.
Once the location is confirmed, we will ask you for a description of the type of material you require to be collected or delivered, and quote accordingly. This quote will depend on both material type and distance from our operating yard in Prees, Whitchurch.
Prior to arriving at the site, we will send an invoice to be paid on receipt, either by card machine, BACS, or over the phone. No service will be carried out before payment is received unless previously agreed.
Our operator will collect or deliver materials using a 6-wheel grab lorry with a reach of up to six metres, allowing for self-loading over walls, hedges and fences if required.
If we are collecting materials, they will either be returned to our site or delivered to a third-party associate for processing.
